Purchase Order Processing - Purchase Order Calendar

 

Function

Use this task to make changes to an existing purchase calendar. The existing calendar is displayed by month and year. You can work backwards or forwards through the calendar overriding defaults created with the Create Purchase Calendar task.

 

=> To access this task...

Select Purchase Order Calendar from the Inquiry and Maintenance menu.

About the Fields

 

In the Calendar field...

  • Shows the current month's schedule.

  • Use the navigation tools to move forward or back by month or year Navigation tool.

  • Click Calendar button to select a date by using the calendar tool.

In the Gaps field...

  • Shows any gaps in the current schedule on a drop down list current schedule. Use the drop down tool to display the gap in calendar format.

In the Calendar begins field...

Display only. Shows the beginning month and year of the current schedule.

 

In the Ends field...

Display only. Shows the ending month and year of the current schedule.

 

Making Changes to the Calendar

  • Select the day on the calendar to change and right click to open the selection list of Closed, Holiday, or Workday.

  • To select multiple days, select the starting day on the calendar to edit and then press [Ctrl] and continue to select additional days. Then right click to open the selection list.
