BBjGeolocationEvent::getAltitude


Description

In BBj 11.0 and higher, this method returns the altitude in meters. If the altitude is unavailable, it returns null.

Parameters

None.

Return Value

The "altitude" attribute denotes the height of the position, specified in meters above the [WGS84] ellipsoid. If the implementation cannot provide altitude information, the value of this attribute must be null.

Remarks

Multiply by ~3.28 to convert to feet.
