BBjClientFile::canWrite

Description

In BBj 7.0 and higher, this method returns whether the file exists and whether BBj has write access to the file.

canWrite()

Parameters

None.

Return Value

Returns true (1) if the file exists and is writeable, or false (0) if it doesn't exist or is not writeable.

Remarks

In the BUI client, this method is only meaningful if the BBjClientFile was created from the server (createNewFile, setContents, copyToClient), or was  selected on the client by the user, as shown in BBjClientFile Example 1.
