Description

In BBj 19.10 and higher, this method returns whether the BBjTopLevelWindow is always positioned on top of other windows.

In BBj 19.10 and higher, this method returns whether the BBjTopLevelWindow is always positioned on top of other windows.

Remarks

This is equivalent to the creation flag $00020000$.
